14:40 UK – Race 8 – Disaster for Ineos Britannia getting a pre-start boundry penalty and give the start lead to Luna Rossa, which they stretch to 200+m at Gate 1. and lead at every gate from there.
14:13 UK – Luna Rossa repaired and ready to go. Race 8 deleyed due to wind too strong.
13:15 UK – Race 7 – Luna Rossa suffered structural issue after Gata 1.
Ineos Britannis took the lead after the start of Race 7 to lead around Gate 1. Luna Rosse did a nosedive in rounding and suffered jibsheet bearing damage, and have ceased racing.
Ineos continue to complete course and are awarded race 7 after Luna Rossa retire.
Ineos go 4 – 3 up.
